This policy explains what personal data Pakhi Demo collects when you use pakhi-demo.nokshilabs.com, why, and your rights. Pakhi Demo is responsible for your data.

What we collect

  • Order details: your email address, the plans you bought, prices, and the eSIM numbers (ICCID) and install codes of your eSIMs.
  • Account details, if you create an account: your name (optional), email address and a securely scrambled password.
  • Usage of your eSIM: data used, data left and the plan status, which we read from our eSIM supplier to show you and to send you alerts.
  • Messages you send us through the contact form or about an eSIM.
  • Technical data: your IP address and browser, kept in server logs for security, and essential cookies that keep you signed in and remember your basket.
  • Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner.

We never receive your card number: payments are handled by our payment provider.

Why we use it

  • To deliver your eSIM, show it on your order page and email it to you (to perform our contract with you).
  • To send you service emails about your eSIM, for example when it is running out of data or about to end (our legitimate interest in a working service; you can ask us to stop).
  • To answer your questions and handle refunds.
  • To keep the store secure and prevent fraud.
  • To meet our legal duties, for example keeping accounting records.

Who we share it with

  • Our eSIM supplier, to issue your eSIM and read its usage.
  • Our payment provider, to take your payment and make refunds.
  • Our hosting and email providers, who process data for us under contract.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounting (often six to ten years). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account. Server logs are kept for a short time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to receive a copy, or to object to some uses. Use the contact form on our support page. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

Essential cookies run the store (session, basket, security). Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. You can change your choice by clearing the cookies for this website.
