How to read the right policy
- Scroll to the bottom of any page.
- Under Legal, choose Terms of service, Privacy policy or Refund policy.
The cookie banner also links to the privacy policy.
How to ask for a refund
Read the refund policy first: it explains which eSIMs can be refunded (usually ones that were never installed). Then send a message from the help and contact page with your order reference and the eSIM number.
FAQs
Why does the checkout ask me to accept the terms? Before you pay, you confirm that your phone supports eSIM, is not network locked, and that you accept the terms of service.
Who is the seller? The company named in the terms of service and in the copyright line at the bottom of every page.
Can I choose which cookies are used? Yes. The cookie banner lets you accept analytics cookies or keep essential cookies only.
